  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:
    Clients may request to cancel a service within 24 hours of making the initial payment. However, any cancellation request after this period will not be accepted, as the project execution process would already be underway.

  • Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations:
    In rare cases where Naranja Consulting Services must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if there is a failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services or if there is a verified discrepancy between the service promised and the service delivered.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • A formal refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial payment.

  • The refund will be credited in 6-7 business to the original bank account
  • Requests made after this period will not be considered, as key project resources and planning are allocated immediately after payment confirmation.

  • Change of mind or revised project scope after the commencement of work.

  • Delays caused by incomplete client inputs, late feedback, or approval processes.

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences not aligned with the agreed project scope.
